3g is slow #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 3g is working now
2. i configured my apn but it is too slow almost dead 
3. but when i reboot windows mobile 6.5 3g is very fast

define "slow", maybe you check out some testwebsites to get some values we can 
work with: www.speedtest.ch for example
