OUTGOING CALL CANNOT USE.WIFI & ITS SETTING, PORTABLE WIFI HOTSPOT & ITS SETTING ALL CANNOT USE SHOWING MSG "ERROR" #121

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. CLICK ON THE WIRELESS & NETWORKS, ALL THE ABOVE NOT WORKING.
2. PRESS CALL, SCREEN TURN BLACK AND HANG/AUTO OFF THE HANDPHONE.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. EXPECTED OUTPUT IS WIFI AND ITS HOTSPOT CAN BE USED.
2. OUTGOING CALL CAN BE USED WITHOUT HANG OR TURN OFF THE HANDPHONE.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1. ANDROID VERSION 2.2 (DOWNLOADED 26.08.2011-r169 VERSION)

Please provide any additional information below:

26.08.2011-r169 WAS DOWNLOADED FROM 
http://code.google.com/p/photon-android/downloads/list, 

AND installed on HTC HD MINI (PHOTON) booting up from SD CARD by haret.exe

if i want to install on my HTC HD2 SD CARD, can i use the same method as HTC HD 
MINI ? or how should i go about it ? pls advise your guidance.

you can not use this release for hd2, you need a release made and developed for 
HD2 and have to follow their instructions
