time settings change when starting wifi or not

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Boot Android
2. set time to manual and correct to good time
3. switch on wifi, time changes (Will run forward)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Time should stay, time changes despite settings to manual

What version of the product are you using? On what operating?
Great 30-5-2011 release with 3g

Please delete defect, see issue 24, better description, thought it was because 
of wifi, but systemen time is running too fast
