Video recording not possible

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I start the photo&video recording
2. on "photo" I touch the screen and take a photo - OK
3. on "video" there is no way to start the recording - PROBLEM

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
* HTC HD Mini T5555, on the latest release of Android, downloaded from here.

Please provide any additional information below.
* I do not have an Optical Trackball on my device.
