No ringtone for incoming calls #87

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copied R169 on SD Card and ran Haret.exe to boot Android.
2. Called my number from another phone.
3. Another phone could hear ringing tone but my phone did not show any incoming
call and doesn't ring.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Phone should show incoming call and ring.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using R169 version on WM 6.5

Please provide any additional information below.

check if you have a folder called "media" on the root of your sd-card..if you
dont that's the problem:),you have no ringtones..
create a folder with this name, place there your mp3's or whatever you want and
you will have ringtones ;-)

I'm sorry if I sound confusing while mentioning the problem. Actual problem is,
if I call my number from another phone then my android phone doesn't show any
incoming calls where as the other phone can hear the rings. In short I don't
get any incoming calls. On the other hand If I call someone the other part
cannot her my voice where as I can hear their voice. Something strange is
happening.

this is a strange issue, this is first time i hear this..i'm sure u are doing
something wrong,just don't know what:P
if when someone is calling u and the phone display doesn't lighten up then is a
issue reported by others, and the cure is to calibrate g-sensor in WM..
