What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "Auto-detect" mode set in the plugin configuration tool.
2. Play a music with Amarok 2.4.0
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't see any status change whereas it's working with Rhythmbox for example.
What version of musictracker are you using? What version of pidgin are you
using? On what operating system?
- Ubuntu 10.10
- Pidgin 2.9.0
- MusicTracker 0.4.22
- Amarok 2.4.0
What IM protocol(s) are you using?
- Gtalk (XMPP)
Please attach or paste output from pidgin's Help/Debug Window (be careful
to remove any protocol usernames you don't want made public)
Maybe the most intersting part of the output :
>(14:03:22) musictracker: Amarok,Digitalism,Idealism,Magnets,2
>(14:03:22) musictracker: build_pref:
/plugins/core/musictracker/bool_custom_XXXXXXXXX@gmail.com_XMPP
>(14:03:22) musictracker: build_pref:
/plugins/core/musictracker/bool_broken_now_listening_XXXXXXXXX@gmail.com_XMPP
>(14:03:22) musictracker: Won't try to use status tune on account
'XXXXXXXXX@gmail.com/' protocol 'XMPP', I've been told not to
>(14:03:22) musictracker: build_pref:
/plugins/core/musictracker/string_custom_XXXXXXXXX@gmail.com_XMPP
>(14:03:22) musictracker: Status format: %r: %t by %p on %a (%d)
>(14:03:22) musictracker: Formatted status: Amarok: Magnets by Digitalism on
Idealism (0:00)
>(14:03:22) musictracker: Status set for all accounts
I hope this can help !
