Tracks being not appearing on the server

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the tracker as usual.
2. Register and sync the track.
3. Go look for the synced track on the server.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

All the synced track under the same project id should be on the server.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

When checked on the server log, it was found that some of the tracks synced 
were 
not showing on the server because their project id was getting posted as -1 
instead of their actual project id. The only tracks showing on the server were 
the ones with the correct id.
