Translation issue when sending the saved data #364

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log on to Commodity Collector app
2. Go to Saved data
3. Click menu button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When you click the menu button, there are two options that appear at the bottom 
of the screen--one that says "Voye Done" and one that says "Delete All Finds."  
The "Voye Done" button should not be in Haitian Creole, but instead, should be 
in English and should read "Send Data."
