What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scan or type in the dossier number
2. Look up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If wrong qr code or dossier number is selected, the app should notify the user 
with alert box, and force them to hit ok so that they know what happened. Right 
now is just a tiny toast message which is not very helpful.
