wrong statistics for new users #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a Raid and wait it's end
2. Create a new account and a new char
3. Create another raid
4. Attend the new character to the 2nd Raid

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The new account did not exist when the first raid ended therefore it should not 
appear in the "missed attend" list and in the statistics

User statistics already cover that case (checked it, too).
Attached the fix for unattended players.

using this fix it stop showing people in the "missed attend" list in raid 
details.

when logged as admin and viewing a user profile the stats are not the same as 
the stats tab:

The attached file makes the previous fix more robust.
Furthermore the stats in the settings section should match the ones in the 
player's profile.

To apply this fix set SCRIPT_DEBUG to true in the index.php
