Yehat+Yehat background guy's Right wing is messed up #66

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Yehat system, talk to a Yehat+Yehat 
2. Background Yehat's right wing has some weird artifact issues when it moves.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Smooth animation. Sometimes it works, sometimes there's a block around the 
foreground yehat's eye.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

I guess it's in 2x. It probably moves according to the 2.0 version, where the 
2x version was simplified and had differently numbered frames. Strange, I 
thought Jaakko submitted an update.

No, it appears in the 4x version. Haven't tried it in the 2x version. I can 
record it or take screenshots if you need it.

Bug inherited from UQM (error in the numbers of animations which should be 
mutually exclusive). Some other glitches could happen if both guys moved their 
closest wings at the same time but this animation is way too fast for it to be 
visible.
Fixed when I commit it (r2289 if nobody commits in the meanwhile).
