FoonFoon does not resume from special slow down #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fly a FoonFoon and use special
2. Stop using special
3. Keep thrusting forwards
4. Don't press left or right
5. Ship keeps going forwards with the slowed down velocity instead of the usual 
velocity until pressing directional keys.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ship should resume to normal velocity after the slow down timer ends even if 
directional keys are not pressed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
