Enhancement - Multiple file support needed in "Quantitation Parameters" window #14

Currently the table in the "Quantitation Parameters" window only seems to 
support a single file. Another column needs to be added so that study variables 
can be associated with (e.g. in the case of iTRAQ) labels across multiple files.

This has been fixed in release 0.2.1. Now one can set parameters per individual 
raw file. However, xTracker needs to be modified as the iTRAQ quant doesn't 
support this.
