If the software goes wrong (i.e. an exception occurs), it will exit totally 
without any warning, which is not very nice. Could be improved by popping up a 
window saying "There is an error caused by XXXX. Please report it on google 
code at http://code.google.com/p/proteo-suite/issues", which at least tells the 
user something. This is especially important when double clicking the jar file 
to load the software.
