ProteinGroup pane is a Jtable, should be a Jscrollpane #23

Currently sorting etc is not enabled on the protein group pane (mzIdentML view) 
- I think this is fixed by changing to a Jscrollpane, as for the PSM view

In fact, I just wanted sorting enabled, which I have done. I will include this 
update in the 0.3.2 build due shortly
