AppToDate support

Probably a bit redundant, as pRSSreader has a built-in AutoUpdate 
mechanism, but I use AppToDate a lot and it would be nice to support it.

http://www.modaco.com/content/apptodate/267098/developers-how-to-include-
apptodate-support-basic/ has information on how to do this. Basically it's 
just copying an XML file to the Application Data directory.

There is no auto update mechanism in pRSSreader, unless you are subscribed to 
some
RSS feed, which shows that :)

I have the AppToDate support already in the Batti, so I will just reuse it. As 
far as
I know, it works there ok...
