Your OPML file has no .opml extension. Add the extension and you will see the
file in
the browse dialog.
The download from the Internet is not implemented.

First point taken.
However, regarding the second, the front page of the web site states: "You can
import your OPML file from the Internet or from your local file system". If you
mean
that I can download and save the OPML file to my device, then we're still
talking
about loading the OPML file from the local filesystem.
You say downloading from the Internet is not implemented; that's fine, but
don't
advertise that it is. This results in people like me spending their time
scratching
their heads trying to figure out how to use a feature which does not exist.

You are right, sorry about that. I did not update the features list - it was in
previous versions, but I did not do it in the 1.4.x series.
The dialog you are seeing is only for importing from the file system, that's
why you
can not enter the URL of the OPML file...
