Google reader sync does not create google folders #140

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create RSS folder structure in google reader
2. Sync with pRSSreader
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Would expect to see structure from GoogleReader created in pRSS (tree)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.4.4 - Windows Mobile 6.1

Please provide any additional information below.

So are you saying that you want the entire set of Google Reader feeds
replicated
within pRSSreader?

I do see where this may be helpful for some. I, for one, do not want to see
this
implemented as standard behavior. I have many Google Reader RSS feeds, but I
have a
sub-set included in pRSSreader.

What you can do (you are probably aware of this) is export your list of feeds
from
Google Reader and then import them into pRSSreader.

Best regards,

What I meant was that if I create an RSS feed within Google Reader and 'tag' it
(i.e. create a folder for it within Google Reader), then it would be good for
this
folder to be similarly created within pRSS.

boggsie, can you explain how you did that? i'd like to do the same - i have too
many
feeds to manage on the phone (synch is very slow). When I tried deleting feeds
from
prss, they reappear after synching.
