BBC Weather feed does not update #142

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. URL to feed is http://feeds.bbc.co.uk/weather/feeds/rss/5day/id/1851.xml
2. Install prssr and add the feed.
3. Update the channel either through the channel page, or "update all" 
from the today plugin does not update the feed. (Tested over days as the 
content on this feed is relatively static)
4. No errors are reported in the prssr error log.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Content should be updated but the content displayed is always the content 
downloaded when the feed is first added. Deleting the cache does not force 
a refresh.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.4.4 on Herm100 PocketPC running Windows Mobile 6 Professional

Please provide any additional information below.
The feed worked using pRSSreader v 1.3.4-en on the same platform.

Further information:
This problem appears has some similarities with issue 130. The behaviour 
described 
is the same in that the feed will not refresh without re-installing prssr but I 
do 
not get any errors reported when I try to refresh. Also the feed is cached and 
persists even after I purge the cache.
