Some sites reports HTTP 403 error only for pRSSr #143

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add to your subscription site "http://www.ct24.cz/" - should read the
list of channels
or
2. Add to your subscription site "http://www.ct24.cz/rss/vsechny-zpravy/" -
particular channel with all types of messages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
List of channels is displayed (ad 1) or feed is added to subscription (ad
2). I see only "HTTP error 403".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pRSSreader v1.4.4
Windows Mobile v6.0 (HP iPAQ 214)

Please provide any additional information below.
In any other reader (greader) or in browser all entries are fetched.
