Deleting group causes PRSSR to exit #161

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a group in Site Manager
2a. Select the group and open the softkey menu, then choose "delete"
OR
2b. Select the group and open the context-click menu, then choose "delete"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of deleting the feed folder (2a) does nothing.  (2b) causes PRSSR
to exit without an error message.

There does not appear to be a way to successfully remove a group at this time.

Very similar to Issue 154, only I can successfully delete feeds (but not 
folders). 
Probably related.

I have this issue too. If you delete an empty group, then PRSSR closes with no
message and all the changes you made in Subscription manager have not reflected 
when
you restart the app.

This is where the confirm dialog should appear.
Maybe this is not working on some devices, it does
on my HTC HD2.
