Cannot Sync with Google Reader

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up a feed in Google Reader
2. in pRSSr Enter Google Username and Password in 'Sync with: Google 
Reader'
3. Hit 'Update All'
4. See 'Authenticating....'
5. See 'Authentication failed.'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Feeds from Google Reader!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.4.4 on wm6 (wince 5.2)

Please provide any additional information below.
Will try to get a network trace.

Noted others mention of special character in password, so removed ":", still 
fails 
with alphanumeric only password.

Same problem for me as well. Strangely syncing works via AS and WIFI. WM6.1; 
tried
prss 1.4.4 and 3 - same problem. hardware i780 96dpi

Tryed out the speeed reader and I could see that it does sync with greader 
(google 
reader): I read a feed on mobile and it gor marked as read in GReader and 
viceversa. 
But it requires to be online to view the feeds (I could use that way the 
google's 
webiface). So I got stuck with the pRSSreader that could download the feeds 
onto my 
phone from GReader. But there is a problem that the sync isn't done in both 
ways (I 
don't even understand in wich way does it sync). You see I've read some 
articles on 
my phone then updated my feeds, loaded the new ones but then I just wonderingly 
went 
online using my desktop and I was surprised that none were marked as read in 
there. 
Quite the same was with the stared feeds: some did get being stared online but 
not 
all and when I unstared those feeds online then no update got those unstared on 
my 
phone. That is a great flaw as I think, cause one of the searched features is 
the 
GReader syncronisation so that I could read feeds on the go and later resume it 
from 
my desktop.
Not to say that the sync is very lengthy (takes too much time, a lot longer 
then it 
should've).
In pRSSreader there are other bugs as well but this one is just killing me up 
to a 
point that sometimes I can't continue reading.

I have also problem with the syncing with the Google Reader. Does anybody know

I too, am getting this issue - wasn't having a problem before flashing new 
cooked rom - after flashing i could no longer sync with google using the same 
longin i previously used. Also have flashed a new more simple rom to my phone 
and still cannot even sync my subscriptions with google reader. Suspect 
something has changed with google reader
