Image-Buttons or Gestures for touch phones #177

I have a touch phone HTC HD2 without right/left-Button to
switch between articles. To switch I have to pop up
the QWERTZ-keyboard.

It would be nice to have gesture support so I can
slide left for last read item and right for next unread
item. Another solution would be to have a next and last
button above the menu bar when reading an article.

Added gestures on article view to show next / previous item.

I have to check if marking text in the article view is
still possible like in 1.4.4.
