Crash in dispatch_events #498

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run this code:

import pyglet

MOVIE_PATH = r"C:\path\to\movie.avi"

video = pyglet.media.load( MOVIE_PATH )
player = pyglet.media.Player()
player.queue( video )
player.play()

pyglet.app.run()

2. When the video finishes, pyglet crashes.

Forgot to add - if I add a print statement right before self._sources[0], it is 
not empty, which makes this more confusing.

Ok - I believe this bug can be closed out.

I was experience this behavior, and occasional other random error messages, 
when I ran my app from the Run command in my text editor (TextPad).  As soon as 
I tried from the command line itself, everything worked fine.

I'm closing this bug since it is rather old and we need a clean list to follow 
new issues. It may be gone with the new AVBin work. If you think this is still 
a problem, can you retest the problem with a recent version and add the issue 
again?
