Examples should be copy/pasteable #588

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. examples/programming_guide/hello_world.py contains an overly long license
permission, which makes it hard to copy/paste the example as a boilerplate

Paste in the traceback or error message:
Attached file is copy/pasted from programming guide with public domain license
and comments preserved.

There's not problem with skipping/deleting the license if that code is used as
template as the derived work won't include enough relevant code from the
original to be considered a derived work.

That said I think it's OK it includes the license as is part of a bigger
project that is licensed in that way and I don't feel like removing the license
to the code without the explicit consent of the author.
