[View] Maven Project View. #4

Create a Maven Project View.
Show the multi-module view. 
Allow opening (into editor) of parent poms.
* Parent poms do not need to be a full fledged eclipse project, just make
them easy to open into an editor (either xml or pom editor)

Thinking of applying XPath API in java for pom.xml parsing. Will do the same 
with
similar features or that which involves pom.xml parsing. Investigation will be
carried out with regards to the implementation.
