No keyboard shortcut for delete-line #382

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. edit any file
2. open shortcut list and search for "Delete Line" "Remove Line" or anything 
similar
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see that action with CTRL-Y or some other keystroke.  Nothing found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.28-2  KUbuntu AMD64-bit 10.10 all patches applied.

Please provide any additional information below.
