The current UI representation of repeating groups can be confusing, find a 
better way to display a repeating group form.

I am currently exploring tree-table view for the whole form. Should take couple 
of weeks to get it in here.

Please work on this on a branch -- I don't see this being lined-up for version 
2.0.

Also, kindly consider that a some logic depend on the current form 
implementation:
1. How we send messages
2. How we export messages
3. How we import/load messages
