Messages with empty fields are not properly displayed on the tree #32

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create/Open a project
2. Create a message with empty fields
3. Add message to the project
4. Expand the message nodes in the project tree

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Message including empty fields must be displayed. However, the message can only 
be expanded up to body.

Prevented null values from getting populated in the XML
