Rainmeter crashes when changing the skin with which PowerPlugin is used #124

Situation1 :
Two following skins exist in the same folder. When these skins are toggled,
Rainmeter crashes.

(Two skins are assumed to be the same configuration.)

[MeasureCPUMhz]
Measure=Plugin
Plugin=Plugins\PowerPlugin.dll
PowerState=MHZ

[MeterCPUMHz]
Meter=STRING
MeasureName=MeasureCPUMHz
FontSize=20
---------------------------------------

Situation2 :
There is two skins mentioned above in a different folder, and runs these
two skins. Rainmeter crashes when either skin is closed. 

 - Windows XP, 32-bit running Rainmeter 1.1 RC2. Same problem with RC1.
