farenhite weather option #166

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.opening the weather via rainmeter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting to be able to choose either Fahrenheit or Celsius but i can 
only pick Celsius.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 1.2 on Windows 7 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below. If the problem is a
related to some config option attaching a example is always a good idea.
Try to keep it as simple as possible and make sure that it is a fully
working Rainmeter config (i.e. it includes all graphics too).

That's a problem of skin and isn't a problem of core program, so please take 
the report to Rainmeter forum.
