Skins disappear when set to position below "Normal" #168

No matter what skin I'm using, if I set its position to anything below "Normal" 
it will disappear. When that happens, I have to set it to Topmost for it to 
appear, and THEN I can set it back to Normal, but setting it below normal will 
make it disappear again. I have no idea what is causing this, although it may 
be related to BBLean. I'm using the newest version of Rainmeter.

Edit: I have confirmed this has something to do with BBLean. It does not happen 
when I exit BBLean.
