Hide on mouse over flicker #174

After upgrading to build 560, 64-bit (from build 440) and using a very 
simple/minimalist skin. I have all the settings set except 'click through', 
e.g. 'hide on mouse over' and 'always on top' are set.

When I hover the mouse over the display, it hides, but comes back as visible 
immediately, and flickers back and forth between visible/hidden. In build 440 
the display stayed hidden while the mouse hovered over the meter.

If I check 'click through' the problem disappears, and it behaves as expected.

Oh, and OS is Windows Vista 64-bit urtimate, and I am using two monitors.
