how to extend the alpabeth with "æ, ø, å"?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Extend the alpabeth with "æ, ø, å"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: æ, ø, å.            Instead: random signs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1,1 on windows xp

Please provide any additional information below. If the problem is a
related to some config option attaching a example is always a good idea.
Try to keep it as simple as possible and make sure that it is a fully
working Rainmeter config (i.e. it includes all graphics too).

Is this related to WebParser or what? Could you attach the skin you are having 
trouble with? You can use http://pastebin.com/ or some other similar service to 
upload the skin.
