What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set an image in your skin to be partially transparent (30%)
2.Run something full-screen (not everything does this)
3.Close the full-screen program
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The image(s) to remain partially transparent. Instead they are fully
transparent, and I have to reload the skin(s)
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.2.0 r1116 64-bit. Windows 7 x64 Home Premium
Please provide any additional information below. If the problem is a
related to some config option attaching a example is always a good idea.
Try to keep it as simple as possible and make sure that it is a fully
working Rainmeter config (i.e. it includes all graphics too).

Not every program causes this issue. For me only Diablo 2, Youtube full-screen,
and a few other games cause this.
