Now for some reason when Rainmeter is open, my Anti-Virus starts to hog a lot
of my CPU, but when I close Rainmeter, it comes back to normal..

I already did that but did not make a difference but I fixed it though by
re-installing rainmeter, and had backed my rmskin from way before, but now for
some reason it won't let me backup :(
