Rainmeter will keep appear even set poistion to "on desktop" at some case #204

part.1
1.just start Rainmeter. set all skin position to "on desktop"
2.play "PAYDAY: The Heist" (I don't know what game will cause this too)
3.Rainmeter won't be hidden and keep flashing

part.2
1.just start Rainmeter. set all skin position to "on desktop"
2.start application
3.Rainmeter won't be hidden and still appear (Unless you click window once)
PS: part2 will only happened once(after computer boot)

I'm using R1434
well I'm using this version is because I saw "fixed on desktop issue" at change 
log
otherwise using Ver 2.2 has same problem

I'm using XP SP3
