prevent res changes (ex. when playing a game) from skewing loaded skins #60

I don't know the specifics to it, but it seems like a relatively quick fix:
getting everything setup and configured to my liking is a bit tedious. I
have my loaded skins set to click through, and pinned to the desktop. But
every time I launch a game that changes my monitor's resolution, the
gadgets get scrunched up. That means I'd have to turn off click through on
each one, drag them back to their proper place, and turn click through back on.

Right now I just close Rainmeter when I want to play a game, but I figure
it wouldn't be too hard to fix the more 'proper' way.
