the plugin beta 2 dll on Deviantart was compiled as x86 (32 bit) it is likely
that
some of the compiled code is not compatible with x64 without a recompile from
source... I do not have a 64 bit box to test with at the moment, but will
attempt to
make a 64 bit build as soon as I am able, to test... If you would like to help,
I'll
try a build and upload it for testing on the rainmeter forum tonight.

Ok, if you upload a dll compiled as x64 I'll test delighted and I'll reply the
results.
Now I'm using 2 rainmeters (x86 and x64) but to have a process only for the
recycle
bin is strange, it could be better if could workwith x64.
I'll help as soon as I'm testing the dll but.. What's the URL of the forum?
How many hours is tonight? Because here is 17:09 right now
PD: Sorry but my english is a little forgiven

it appears that I'm having issues doing an x64 build... if someone else could
run one
for me and attach the dll, it would be really helpful.
