SharedObject sync fails if message greater than 30 characters

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.RED5 1.0.1 or 1.0.2
2.User who is publishing can not send messages longer than 30 characters for 
yourself via send SharedObject, but for other users, but not for himself.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Same problem for version 1.0.1 and 1.0.2, windows and linux
