What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Deploy red5 server
2. Open conf/red5.properties
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See:
war.deploy.server.check.interval=600000
Expect (at least):
war.deploy.server.check.interval=60000

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Trunk r4642

Please provide any additional information below.
Considering its in miliseconds 600.000/1.000 = 10 minutes (WoW)

Its defaulted to 10 minutes because we didn't expect war updates to be very 
often. If you need it to occur more often, simply update the value.
