Win64 - Red5 service starts and stops within seconds #483

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running 1.00 okay - applied 1.01 over the top

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows Server 2012 Standard (virtual, 64-bit with x64 based processor)

Please provide any additional information below.

The free version of the tanuki service wrapper does not allow 64 bit 
operations; you can still use the server without it, but you'll have to run 
from the bat scripts.
