Service dead have been happened on Window 2012 server after had some NullPointer Exception #505

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.connect app On server with multiple connection (in 1 PC with 3-4 season 
browser)
2.refresh of close some browser that connecting to red5 app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- the Connect method can't work and doesn't throw any exception ... this 
problem never appear when test with local PC (Window7 and ip test 127.0.0.1) 
all factor is same except Oerating System (Window7 vs Window Server 2012)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
red5 1.0.1
java 1.7.55
OS Window server 2012 (problem)
OS WIndow7  (work fine)

recorrect red5 server is version 1.0  not 1.0.1

Windows service build is not a current priority
