red5 1.0.2 java7 service on Windows server 2012 R2 doesn't work (findclass failed)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install service that its commandline reads "C:\Program Files 
(x86)\Red5\prunsrv.exe" //RS//REDFIVE
2. Try to run - you get error id 1
3. Download never prunsrv version from Apache, overwrite old one and then you 
get error id 4 (seems like more job gets done, but in the end it also dies.

Procrun log (when using newer version than bundled with red5) says:

command line red5.bat works fine though!

Windows service build is not a current priority
