Red5 Lags on Windows (Ver 1.0.2 2014) #517

When ever I Stream (with OBS or FFsplit) the Stream is active for a few 
seconds, then it's lagging, 1 picture per minute or i got a grey screen. Many 
dropped frames, too. (I got Java Version 1.7.0_06-b24 and im using vlc player 
to view the stream. i stream in my local network)

In attachement is a log of Red5.

Now I'll reinstalling Red5 and test again. log incoming

Ok same Thing. 
Streamed 1:30 
Dropped Frames: 0

The stream stopped after 3 seconds then 1 picture all 30 seconds and the grey 
frame.
Operating System: Windows 7 x86

I would suggest testing with a known good publishing app such as FMLE or 
FlashPlayer; you have a number of errors and warnings in your log; so the 
server clearly doesn't like what you're trying to do.
