Red5Phone r53 no audio #160

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed asterisk server for windows, created 2 extensions for testing
2. Installed Red5 server 0.9.1 and started service
3. Downloaded Red5Phone v53 and placed the extracted 'sip' folder under
'webapps' folder
4. Browsed to flex phone and entered valid settings. Pressed Login and
successfully logged in as user1, can see the dial pad
5. Opened another flex client from another machine on the network and logged in
as user2 successfully with the correct settings. Can see the dial pad.
6. user 1 dials user2's number and presses call. Call is placed and softphone
starts ringing for user 2.
7. User 2 accepts the call and nothing can be heard on either sides

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Audio should be heard at both ends

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS: Win XP, Red5 Version: 0.9.1, Red5Phone: r53

Please provide any additional information below.
Hardware is working fine.
Flash player has permission to access microphone.
Asterisk sip users have allow = all configured.
The same case when calling from user2 to user 1.
Tried with both clients, asterisk and red5 on the same server, same result.
Tested with Xlite, works fine, audio can be heard on both sides.
Cannot find any errors in the log files. Some warnings and some info, that is
it (attached). Red5_service logs have been shortened to include just the latest
session details was >10M before).
