No Audio on Production. Development PC is OK #187

I have a working application on my development Machine (Windows 7). I connect 
to my SIP Client (Teliax), Dial, and Listen to audio. 

However, when I install my application on my production server I do not receive 
audio. 
 - Red 5 (RC1)
 - sip_r54
 - Firewall is turn off

I traced a possible cause to the RTPStreamReceiver (approx line 260)

My dev machine execute the rtp_socket.receive command OK. The production 
machine throws a 'eceive timed out' error. 

Amy suggestions. I am beating my head on this one. I am also in danger of 
losing Geek points with my friends. 

Any and all help would be appreciated.
