dmsf website is 'https://code.google.com/p/redmine-dmsf/??

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in redmine with admin privilidge
2. Navigate to 'Administration->Plugins
3. dmsf shows this website 'https://code.google.com/p/redmine-dmsf'
4. However, 'https://code.google.com/p/redmine-dmsf' isn't accessable.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. It is supposed to be 'http://code.google.com/p/redmine-dmsf/' instead of 
'https'

What version of the DMSF and Redmine are you using? On what browser and
operating
system?

Please provide any additional information below.
