Can you describe what each permission means? It's hard to tell by the name 
alone.

For example, what's the difference between 'browse documents' and 'view 
documents'? Does "browse" mean they can see the filename, but not open them?

What does folder/file manipulation mean?

Is there a permission for uploading? Is that what 'manipulation' means?

It would be nice to get a firm description of each permission option.
