Add Private and Public document with role and permission support.

In my company we want to keep tracks of the doc version of a document, but make 
only a PDF version available to all.

It's not easy to do at the moment with DMSF. If I put the doc and the PDF in a 
subproject, the user who would see the PDF can also see the doc.
If I put them in two separate subproject, then I can put in the PDF in one, and 
the doc in another, than the user can't see.
But then there is no link between the pdf and the word document.

Possible solution : 
- Add a public/private field for each document
- In role and description, add an option "see private document".

This way, I can make the doc version "private", keep the PDF "public", and 
define I can see the private doc, but user can't see it.

This way, user can only see the private document.
